Do your products come from a smoke-free, pet-free home?

Smoke-free, yes. Pet-free, no.

Outside of the shop you see here, I work as a house and pet-sitter full-time. So I'm always around animals. That being said, I take extra care in ensuring all products are clean for my customers, but I would not recommend purchasing physical products if you have severe pet allergies.

How long does it take for orders to arrive after shipping?

If you are located in the US, I would say around a week on average. It will take me up to a week to send orders out (typically much much sooner), and about a week or so (on the safe side) for the order to arrive. So for any order, I would assume about two weeks from the time the order is placed and then know it will likely arrive sooner than that.

Why do you have a 7-day timeline for sending out orders?

I typically ship out orders much sooner, but have that window open just in case something comes up that interferes with my regular schedule. In addition to running this shop, I house and pet-sit full-time and travel for a living. Sometimes my schedule gets busy with the transitions between sits and other obligations so I have the 7-day timeline there to give space to accommodate that, though typically I will send out orders within a couple days (as soon as I can).

Do you restock the products in your shop?

Generally, no! There is no guarantee that any product will be restocked, so it is best to assume that the one you see is the only one there is. I may make a few multiples of a product if I like the design, but I'm still enjoying the process of experimenting with new products and directions of art, so the need to follow that creative curiosity is paramount.

However, I may build upon previous work with something more complex/expanded, so there is a possibility that a series may emerge from projects I've been really passionate about lately. You never know what comes next, and that's part of the fun. :)

What are donations for?

Right now, the donations page is primarily for those who are interested in ordering a tarot reading from me. I have them available on a donation basis so people can pay what they want, or nothing at all! I have other projects that would benefit from funding that I'm sure I will build out soon, but for now the donations go toward supporting me as an individual and my work. :)

What is with the funky flower heads?

The flower head photos are a creative way to showcase the general idea of what products would look like in use. My featured model is fantastic, and I aim to work within the comfort zone of everyone I collaborate with. Some photos are perfect as-is, and others require slight tweaking to be suitable for publishing for everyone involved. :)
